Vinpausa is a strength and resistance-based vinyasa yoga to flow through all stages of menopause and beyond. It is a unique fusion of vinyasa flow yoga, strength and resistance training, and mindful movement, designed to build both physical and mental resilience—while supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, and beyond. This energizing practice blends traditional yoga poses with functional strength work using hand weights, resistance loops, and bodyweight movements—think bicep curls in Warrior 2 or core burners woven right into your flow. With class lengths ranging from 10 to 45 minutes, Vinpausa meets you where you are, helping you move with intention, build strength, and reconnect with your body at every stage.
60-minute ZOOM Vinyasa Yoga Class
All levels 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class that’s all about connecting breath with movement, building strength, and finding balance in a fun, accessible way. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build strength and stability, with plenty of options to skip the vinyasa and do what feels good in your body. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find modifications to suit your practice, all while having fun and staying connected to your breath!
