20 Minute Vinpausa flow using optional weights. Enjoy this short practice beginning in Mountain Pose and includes Warrior II with bicep curls, Crescent Lunge with rows, Airplane with tricep presses and Tree pose with overhead presses. This is a great class when you are short on time and looking to add extra weight resistance to a quick vinyasa flow. Enjoy!
