30 minute Vinpausa flow for strength. This class incorporates the use of body weight only to build strength (no weights!). This class moves quickly and offers push-ups during the vinyasa, extra core strengthening with knee to elbow variations, Chair squats, Airplane with knee taps, jump-switch into Crescent Lunge, and Side Plank. Cool down with Bridge, Spinal Twist and a hip stretch before Savasana. Enjoy!
