30 minute Vinpausa flow with optional weights. Warm up with a few Sun Salutations and then grab your weights. Includes Chair pose squats, Warrior II with curls, Single Leg Raise A and B holding weights, Horse pose with arm movements holding weights, and a nice cool down with Bridge and Hip stretches. This is a nice practice to come back to again and again as you build more strength. Enjoy!
