Start on your back to get grounded and then come to all fours for Cat/Cow followed by glute activating exercises with a weight behind your knee. Flow through a Warrior sequence that includes Horse variations with weights to build heat. Fire up the glutes with Chair Squats, Crescent Lunge step ups, Airplane with optional knee bends, and Locust variations. Finish with Reclined Figure 4, and a lovely Savasana. Enjoy!
