Begin on your back with hip and glute work before Cat/Cow with knee hovers. Flow through Sun A's, Lunge, Warriors with Eagle arms, and Forearm Plank before Goddess and Crow. A Crescent sequence with Single Leg and Airplane fires up the glutes. Finish with Side Angle, Half Moon, Bridge and Sukhasana. Enjoy!
