Start slow with neck and shoulder stretches and a delicious Low Lunge/Lizard. Warm up with Sun A/B before a spicy core session leading into Warriors and Side Angle. Find balance and focus as you flow through a Chair, Crescent and Single Leg sequence. Finish with Bridge and a hamstring/hip stretch. Enjoy!
