Settle in with Child’s Pose and low lunge (option for Lizard), warm up with Sun A’s and Chair, then flow through Warriors with Lunge Twist and Side Plank. Balance in Eagle/Half Eagle to Airplane, fire up the core with Boat, then ease into Crescent, Warrior 2, and Triangle. Finish in Bridge and Gomukhasana. Enjoy!
