Warm up with Cat/Cow, an inner thigh stretch, Low Lunge, and Sun A’s. Flow through Warriors and Side Angle with core work to prep for a Twisting Crescent sequence with Airplane and Twisted Half Moon. Cool down with Half Moon (Chapasana option), Reverse Triangle, backbends, and a hip stretch. Enjoy!
