Begin on your back with a hamstring stretch and twist before Cat/Cow and Sun A's with Low Lunge. Build heat with Chair, Warrior 1, Side Plank, and core work. Flow through Chair pulses into Crescent, Warrior 2, Reverse Warrior, and Airplane. Finish with Wide-Leg Forward Fold, Bridge, and a hip stretch. Enjoy!
