Warm up with Cat/Cow, Bird Dog, modified Side Plank, and Sun A’s with Low Lunge. Move through Chair, Warriors with Horse, Forearm Plank, and a twisting Crescent-to-Airplane flow before grounding in Single Leg and Tree. Finish with Triangle, Twisted Triangle, Bridge, and a hip stretch. Enjoy!
