Begin on your back to wake up hips, hamstrings, and the core. Flow through Low Lunge with shoulder openers, Warrior I, and II with Eagle and Cactus arms. Move through Crescent, Airplane, and Twisted Half Moon before balancing in Single Leg and Tree. Finish with Bridge and supine Gomukhasana. Enjoy!
