60 Minute Vinyasa Yoga

Start in a seated meditation before neck/shoulder stretches. Flow through Sun A’s, Low Lunge, Warriors, Horse, and tippy-toe Chair. Add twisting core work and Forearm Plank before balancing in Eagle and Airplane. Close with Crescent, Half Moon, Reverse Triangle, and Locust/Bridge before Half Pigeon. Enjoy!
