Warm up with Cat/Cow, Thread the Needle, Low Lunge, Sun A's and Warrior I. Add Chair, Humble Warrior, and Warrior II (Eagle arms) to the flow before Boat and Eagle abs. Keep flowing with a Crescent sequence (Airplane & Forearm Plank included) before Tree. Triangle, Half Moon, Bridge and a hip stretch to finish. Enjoy!
