Warm up with Sun A's, Lizard, Warrior I, II, Reverse, and Horse. Prep the core for some twisting with Forearm Plank and Boat pose variations. Then it's time to twist! Flow through a Twisting Crescent sequence before Single Leg to Dancing Shiva Twist. Finish with Triangle to Twisted Triangle before cooling down. Enjoy!
