
60-minute ZOOM Class description:
Join me for an all levels 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class that’s all about connecting breath with movement, building strength, and finding balance in a fun, accessible way. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build strength and stability, with plenty of options to skip the vinyasa and do what feels good in your body. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find modifications to suit your practice, all while having fun and staying connected to your breath!
Expect:
*Just a heads-up: The Saturday 9AM class is also held live in-person, so I won’t be on my mat practicing alongside you (like I am on Tuesdays & Thursdays). I’ll still be guiding you throughout, and you’ll be able to hear me clearly—only my mic is on, and the in-person participants will be muted.
